Nazdar Ink Technologies will launch two new products at Labelexpo Mexico 2025, held from 1-3 April in Guadalajara, with the W181 series water-based inks and 68500 LED flexo series being added to its portfolio. They are available immediately, including in European markets.
The company said the W181 series inks offer bio and renewable resource benefits, are suitable for high-speed printing, offer good colour strength, and have excellent press stability and superior re-solubility. Specifically formulated to meet the demands of today’s narrow web converters, the ink is suitable for coated and uncoated paper and is compatible with most WB flexo plates on the market.
Designed for label converting, the 68500 LED flexo series is suitable for tag, label and packaging applications. These inks have rheology characteristics making them ideal for most printing equipment and product applications, the company stated. These dual cure inks have been specifically formulated for use with 16W/cm2 UV LED curing lamps (with an output wavelength of 395nm), or conventional Hg UV lamps. Nazdar added that this series is appropriate for substrates such as pressure sensitive vinyls, top coated and print treated polyester, BOPP films, polyethylene, polystyrene, coated paper, and board.
At the show, Nazdar will be on hand to explain its technologies as well as the benefits behind its UV-LED flexo, UV offset and UV letterpress inks, water-based flexo, UV and LED rotary screen inks, and UV and LED overprint varnishes and adhesives.
