XSYS has completed the acquisition of the MacDermid Graphics Solutions (MGS) business from Element Solutions. The transaction, which was signed on 1 September 2024 (reported by FlexoTech on 6 September 2024), has been approved by all the relevant regulators globally.
The combination of XSYS and MGS will accumulate a turnover of approximately €370 million (£305.51 million) and will employ around 850 people worldwide making it one of the leading companies in the sector, stated XSYS.
