We want to further strengthen our position as a technology leader in the production of self-adhesive materials.

He added, ‘With Dr Rückel, we have someone in our team who combines strategic thinking with a high level of solutions expertise – a combination that we have always greatly appreciated as an agile company.’

Mr Rückel concluded, ‘Herma has always managed to gain an edge in a very competitive environment with innovative production systems and solutions. This is impressive and will continue to be the key challenge in the future as innovation cycles accelerate. I am delighted to accept this challenge.’
