Developer of ERP/MIS management software HiFlow Solutions has integrated the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner program into its ERP software. By leveraging Microsoft AI tools and AI capability, HiFlow can provide what it describes as enhanced automation, predictive insights, improved decision-making, higher efficiency levels and seamless data integration to users of its software.
Users will have access to the new AI tools in early 2025, stated HiFlow.
The Cloud, which is a suite of artificial intelligence tools and solutions integrated into Microsoft’s Azure platform, offers organisations access to AI-driven capabilities, such as machine learning models, natural language processing, and advanced data analytics.
HiFlow’s first AI development integrates artificial intelligence within the purchase order (PO) management module of its ERP. The new PO features focus on AI-driven process automation which eliminate repetitive data entry tasks and automatically process and validate purchase orders. Additionally, the software can provide AI-enhanced insights to improve decision-making and supply chain efficiency.
The AI-enhanced PO management system is also equipped with Microsoft-backed tools to manage workflows and adapt to rapidly changing markets, explained HiFlow. The company’s integration with Microsoft AI Cloud also ensures that users can harness the power of cutting-edge technology in a secure and scalable environment.
Alfonso Hernandez, vice president of sales at HiFlow, said that by automating time-consuming purchase order tasks, converters are now able to focus on more high value activities. He believes it is time for the industry to grow and evolve, and through embracing the capabilities of AI and HiFlow, which will improve accuracy and eliminates costly mistakes, he contends that converters can do just that.
