A management restructure has taken place at Eurograv Limited following the retirement of managing director Alan Attard.
The UK-based sales and service supplier to the global print and packaging industry has appointed Mike Attard to the position of managing director with immediate effect.
The company was established in 1971 by Robert Attard and serves manufacturers such as Uteco Converting, CBG Acciai, Cason, Camis, D.W. Renzmann, FEBA, Grafikontrol, Lang, Laser Clean, Maklaus, Pure Loop, and Reifenhauser. It supplies wide web flexographic and gravure printing presses, film extrusion lines, plate mounting equipment, doctor blades, recycling machinery, and other ancillaries to its customer base of flexible packaging producers.
Mike Attard said, ‘Alan has been an integral part of this company for over 40 years, and he has done a fantastic job leading Eurograv to become a trusted supplier throughout the industries we serve. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alan for all his hard work and wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.’
Alan Attard added, ‘After more than four decades in this industry, the time has come for me to hand over the reins to Mike, who himself started as a flexo and gravure printer back in 1986. It has been an amazing journey and we have built an incredible business together. I will always be grateful to my father for giving me the opportunity to be part of Eurograv’s success and I thank all our customers and suppliers throughout the years for their support and trust that Mike will receive the same for the future.’
