A B Graphic International (ABG), has launched both a non-stop unwinder (NSU) and non-stop rewinder (NSR) solution, marking the company’s first foray into the splicing arena.
Based on existing designs by strategic partner, Kocher & Beck, the winder solutions are manufactured at ABG’s Spanish facility. Both systems are targeted at printers with medium to long runs, looking to increase productivity, improve product quality and control/reduce material waste.
Both winder solutions have a range of applications and can be integrated with any existing set-up, including presses, finishing equipment and converters, providing customers with increased flexibility.
ABG’s standard NSU system ensures the non-stop feed of web-type materials, while the NSR system provides continuous rewinding of a self-adhesive matrix produced with a label cutting and printing process.
