The PDF control software for Flexo 24’s online plate ordering system has been updated to the new version 1.6.19, which the company says makes it more intuitive.
The update allows users to validate more accurate details and waiting times are reduced by 20%. It also accepts PDFs with embedded 1 Bit TIFF files.
Andrea Tronchin, Flexo 24’s E-commerce manager, explained, ‘ The updates will also see new plates being introduced among the current materials on offer. Through the customizer, it will be possible to choose the best plates for printing on textiles and on tissue with UV inks. Finally, in 2021 we will also see the new best BUYs dedicated to digital loupe and plates with a thickness of 1.14 mm for printing on aluminium or plastic film, which will make the order even faster.’
