Leading Italian shrink sleeves supplier Rotomet and the roll-fed activities of the GPS Group have become part of All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company.
While the renamed GPS-Rotomet has become a fully owned subsidiary of All4Labels, Daniele Grotto and Andrea Cerisara, founders of the respective business, have become shareholders in All4Labels and part of the management team.
GPS Label and Rotomet boasted a total combined turnover of €50m in 2019, serving both, local and multi-national customers with solutions for the food, beverage and personal care markets.
‘We are extremely pleased and proud to welcome Mr Grotto and Mr Cerisara and the entire GPS Label and Rotomet employees as new partners and members of the All4Labels Group,’ said Adrian Tippenhauer, CEO of All4Labels Group. ‘With the new team on board and their world-class manufacturing facilities in Italy, we are strengthening our position in the shrink sleeve and roll-fed market and benefit from many years of experience in this segment. We are looking forward to continuing the All4Labels success story together.’
