JPF Netherlands, the holding company for all international businesses owned by BC Jindal group, has purchased the laminates division of API Group, to create API Laminates.
API Group went into administration in early February after its US parent company closed all of the manufacturer’s UK sites.
Dino Kiriakopoulos, CEO, of the newly created company, said, ‘Very pleased today to announce the restart of API Laminates, which has been purchased by JPF API Laminates UK. I am extremely pleased to rejoining the outstanding team at our Poynton factory, and being part of the group.
