Fedrigoni has completed the acquisition of the Ritrama group, bringing to an end a process that was first announced in October of last year.
The aqcuisition of Ritrama, an Italian multinational specialising in self-adhesive products, is intended to reinforce Verona-based Fedrigoni’s position as one of the top players in the European pressure sensitive labels market, in which it operates through the Arconvert and Manter brands.
The move combines Fedrigoni’s experience in the production of labels for the food and drink, household and logistics sectors with the self-adhesive technologies of Ritrama.

Fedrigoni’s enlarged portfolio of solutions will be already on display at Drupa 2020.
