All4Labels has invested in a second Gallus Labelmaster Advanced flexo label press after deciding it needed to improve the productivity of its tube laminates whilst reducing waste.
Installed in January of this year the ten colour conventional printing press is a modular production line for narrow web products, fully equipped with ten flexo printing units. All4Labels opted for it because of its ‘high productivity and print quality as well as process flexibility.’
The company installed its first Gallus Labelmaster in October of 2016 at its production site in Switzerland and, following good experiences, opted to add another press at its Lübbecke premises.
Other factors in the machine’s favour were its short web path, its automatic register control in longitudinal and transverse direction as well as the higher-quality corona surface treatment.
