Mark McKee, managing director, said, ‘We’re delighted to be working with Esko on this exciting investment. JFM has a proud history of supporting the UK label sector and we know that this technology is truly a game changer in delivering an impressive reduction of complexity in the flexo plate room. As a result we will deliver a new level of outstanding plate performance to support our quality and service commitments to our label customers and begin to expand our business in to mid web flexible packaging.’
James Mason, sales manager, Esko, commented, ‘JFM have a unique position in the narrow web sector and this investment offers them distinct benefits in consistent high quality platemaking, coupled with the opportunity for higher level plate room automation in the future. It’s been great working with the team to get to this point and we look forward to a long lasting relationship driving the business forward.’
