Two new appointments have been announced by RotoMetrics. Kerry Beaver has been appointed to the role of manufacturing director, Eureka, while Bandev ‘Naz’ Nawaz joins as quality director, global, and will be based in Eureka, Missouri.
Bob Spiller, president and CEO, emphasised the importance of the two roles, stating, ‘These two appointments clearly demonstrate our obligation to the industry to outputting high quality, high performing products.’
Reporting to Mr Spiller, Mr Beaver will be responsible for the majority of operational activities at the Eureka, Missouri facility. He has a strong manufacturing and printing industry background, having served most recently as vice president of operations for Dexter Hospitality, a specialty printer and fulfillment business. Prior to this role, he spent over eight years in the Saint Louis area as the western regional manager and general manager for Matthews International, a company providing digital graphic production and flexo plate solutions to the packaging industry.

Mr Nawaz will report to the company’s vice president of technology, and will be responsible for overseeing RotoMetrics’ global ISO 9001 quality system and ISO 14001 environmental management system. He is a certified Six Sigma Master black belt and early in his career, spent seven years with Dana Corporation where he headed a team receiving the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award. Mr Nawaz has held a variety of quality leadership roles being responsible for implementing ISO 9000, QS 9000, TS 16949 and ISO 14000 quality and environmental systems at multiple and international sites. Most recently, he was responsible for driving process improvement and quality at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston.
