A joint acquisition by Wifag-Polytype Holding and Heliograph Holding sees the two companies taking over Xpose Holding and Lüscher AG.
The deal sees the new owners take control of all intellectual property, products, assets, brands and some employees.
In view of this deal, the new company, Lüscher Technologies has been founded, and within the next three months, the whole operation and organisation of the former Lüscher AG will be transferred to new premises in Bleienbach.
Its new location will help the company take advantage of the infrastructure and administration already in place for Daetwyler Graphics AG, a subsidiary of Heliograph Group.
The company will continue to service and manufacture its former products XPose!, MultiDX!, XDrum! and JetScreen to support the operation of the installed base for all customers globally.
The sales and services of all the products will be handled by the two companies in their respective market and product application segments.
The new company will be managed by Peter Berner the former CTO of Lüscher AG, to ensure continuity throughout the process.
