Sun Chemical’s UK & Ireland Customer Service Centre based at Trafford Park has been awarded the Customer Excellence Award at the European Flexographic Industry Association (EFIA) Annual Awards 2014.
The award is given to the team that demonstrates an outstanding level of customer service. By entering, the team demonstrated its process of continuously improving and showcasing their ‘right first time’ approach.
The company was the only ink supplier to win one of the two awards presented in the Customer Excellence category, which was judged by an independent expert. Sun Chemical’s entry contained information on training, measurements and approach to customer service, as well as its integration with the rest of the business.
Sun Chemical’s UK & Ireland Packaging Division also picked up the Silver Award for Supplier of the Year, which is based on independent nominations from printers. This reiterates the quality, innovation and service Sun Chemical delivers to its customers on a daily basis.
