Dolci Extrusion Srl and Bielloni Converting SpA have announced that the two companies will merge to form a new organisation under the name of Dolci Bielloni.
The company will benefit from the expertise of the two companies to guarantee its customers a service which it says will be more accurate, faster and effective, thanks to the optimisation of all the production processes.
The merger will allow the new company to increase investments in R&D activities which will aim to create state-of-the-art technical solutions to its customers.
In addition, a more effective management system of all the purchasing processes will bring a better time to market.
The new Company will have a wide range of products to satisfy all the requirements of the customers who are interested in equipment for cast film lines, co-extrusion blown film lines, extrusion coating and laminating lines, flexo printing and laminating machines.
