The Bobst F&K 20SIX CS model
Bobst Bielefeld will hold an open house on 25 and 26 February at its Competence Center in Bielefeld, Germany, with both print demonstrations and presentations to update visitors on the latest technological developments.
The live demonstration will be focused on a Bobst F&K 20SIX CS model, the flagship of the platform-based F&K 20SIX series of CI flexo presses. The model that will be shown features a print width of 1650 mm, a repeat of 1200 mm, and a speed of 600 m/min.
The press is designed for both solvent-based and water-based printing. Among the extensive range of equipment on show are smartGPS, the off-press impression setting system, shaftless winders, a 100% inspection system, a special slitting device, and an auxiliary system for handling large format cylinders.
The first day of the event is targeted at an international audience with all presentations given in English, whereas on 26 February, all presentations will be in German. On both days, the formal agenda is scheduled from 11 am to approximately 6.30 pm.
