Eccles-based Anilox Laser Technology (ALT) will be expanding its manufacturing facility and further investing in new equipment. The company plans to complete the expansion by September 2015. This development will see the premises and offices increase to 9500 square foot, nearly tripling the current facilities at the Lyntown Trading Estate.

The company has also given the official go ahead and placed an order for its third Fibre Optic Ultra Laser system, which will complement the existing systems currently in operation.

The expansion will incorporate a new customer/agent training facility with remote access visual experience to allow training and technical support directly to any global point.

Three new agencies have recently been added to the existing global ALT presence, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge. This increases the company’s worldwide presence across all continents.

‘We have found that the increasing demand for our range of engraving technology, technical expertise and unique approach to working with our customers since the company was formed in 2011 has allowed us to enter our next phase of investment plans earlier than initially planned,’ commented managing director, Anthony Jewell.
