The RotoMetrics Group has acquired MLC, expanding its global footprint and establishing a South American manufacturing base which it says will help to meet the demands of the converting industry worldwide.
MLC was established in 1992 and is Brazil’s leading provider of precision rotary tooling for the narrow web converting industry. Manoel Correa, founder, and Robson Lopes Paula, the son of founder Jose Vicentino de Paula, will continue to lead the company they built into its market-leading position, supported by their strong management team.
