This year’s Supreme winner at the FlexoTech Awards, Reflex Group, continues its expansion in the UK by acquiring SA Labels in Keighley, in Yorkshire.
Set up in 1984, SA Labels specialises in the manufacture of high quality pressure-sensitive labels and has itself taken home the Supreme Award trophy twice, in 2005 and 2011.
Having previously added Superior Labels in Boston and Labelsco in Leicestershire to its stable, Reflex is pursuing a policy of consolidation in the high-end labels market with this acquisition.
Will Parker from the Reflex management team said, ‘SA Labels is a profitable and successful business, with sales of over £6 million, and it is well respected in the beverage sector. We are delighted it is now part of the group and that we now have such a strong position in this market.’
SA will be paired with Labelsco to create a dual sited multi-print process business with common management structure within the umbrella of the Reflex Group. Both names will be replaced by a new name and brand in the near future.
