The new MPS EF 430 flexo press
Etiket Nederland has invested in a new MPS EF 430 flexo press. This is the third MPS press for the Dutch print company.
The five colour flexo press with a web width of 420 mm and a maximum speed of 200 m/min was selected to expand the company’s machine range to a total of five printing presses. Also integrated on the press is a new AB Graphic Vectra turret rewinder for inline finishing of labels.
Founded in 1995, the Dutch label specialist produces self-adhesive labels, both blank and full-colour (up to eight colours). The company’s product portfolio includes EC, booklet, sandwich and linerless labels, A4 laser sheets and more. Etiket Nederland is certified with BRC/IoP norms for the production of food packaging and is active in retail, food, logistics and industrial sectors. In February 2015, it joined forces with Vila Etiketten to combine expertise in flexo and digital printing, resulting in an even stronger presence as a top player within the Dutch self-adhesive label market.
Already running full production, the EF press has impressed director Theo Noordman, ‘Etiket Nederland is a rapidly growing organisation. With this new press, we have increased our productivity and can extend additional flexibility to our customers.’
