Co-hosted by Flint Group Narrow Web, the first FlexoTech seminar will take place on 13 October 2016.
The seminar will focus on low migration printing issues and compliance: the challenges and demands faced by printers and suppliers to the food packaging industry.
Migration risks will be explained, along with current legislation and guidance. The supply chain and the printer’s role will also be examined in relation to responsibility for compliance. The seminar will advise how suppliers can help, looking at inks and curing, substrates and functional barriers, the printing process and certification. There will also be a Q&A with an opportunity to talk to the experts.
Places are free for attendees of The FlexoTech Awards 2016 who have registered in advance. The seminar will be held from 2pm-4.30pm at the Hilton London Metropole, prior to the awards ceremony.
