The 2014 open house event
Steve Donegan, managing director of Graphic Republik, will discuss the latest trends in process controls for the flexographic printing workflow at RotoMetrics’ ‘The Future of Print’ event.
Mr Donegan will illustrate the benefits of process control, tolerances and specifications in Flexo printing at the bi-annual event held at Rotometrics’ European manufacturing facility in Aldridge on 27-28 September.
‘The Flexographic industry is capable of producing packaged goods of the highest quality,’ commented Mr Donegan. ‘However, one of the main challenges has always been in reproducing the same print consistently and predictably.
‘The event provides a perfect platform to discuss and illustrate how the latest technologies, tools and processes can help to reduce downtime and errors, increase production efficiencies and as a consequence, save time and money,’ he added.
The open house, featuring keynote speaker Sir Clive Woodward OBE and over 35 leading suppliers to the Flexo and packaging industry, will also be the venue for presentations on the latest developments and future opportunities for the Flexographic industry.
