Publi Grafic Internacional SA de CV, based in Mexico City, has bought a 900 mm wide Bobst MW flexo press after signing a contract at drupa.
A privately owned Mexican company, Publi Grafic Internacional’s production includes labels, heat shrinkable sleeves, flexible packaging, promotional articles, mainly serving the domestic market. The company will take delivery of its new press in October 2016.
‘The Bobst printing press […] will enable us to widen our reach in the market of heat shrinkable sleeves,’ said Fernando Mena, managing director.
Bobst MW models, available for print widths of 850 and 1250 mm, have been developed to help flexible packaging manufacturers efficiently produce run lengths from ultra-short to long. Publi Grafic Internacional’s new press is equipped with automatic face to face winders, smartGPS and Bobst’s fully automatic impression and registration setting system.
