The Wink GapControl adjustable anvil roller
German supplier of die-cutting tools, Wink, is presenting its full portfolio of pre-die-cutting products and services at this year’s Labelexpo Americas.
Wink will show new SuperCut ‘special’ dies with specific adjustments of the blade geometry in combination with special coatings, e.g. for die-cutting of very demanding materials like MDO on thin PET liners.
Other showcased tools will include dies for security, multi-layer, in-mould and tyre labels. Wink will also present large sized SuperCut ‘XXL’ dies for in sheetfed offset or wider web, semi-rotary converting machines.
A new version of the company’s GapControl adjustable anvil roller with upgraded handling and pressure control will run on Wink’s booth and in a Mark Andy press at stand 319.
The company’s full range of high-precision magnetic and printing cylinders will also be on display.
