The 400th Gallus ECS 340 series label press was sold to Spanish label printing company, Relieves Egara, at the Gallus Innovation Days held over 20-22 September.
‘We already have several Gallus label printing machines in operation, including two Gallus ECS 340,’ said Josep Gamundi, CEO. ‘The Gallus ECS 340 features an extremely short web path and delights us again and again with extremely fast makeready times.
‘We are able to use all our existing ECS equipment on our latest investment, such as screen printing and die-cutting units,’ added Mr Gamundi.
Relieves Egaras’ new Gallus ECS 340 can use the press’s rotary screen printing units for improved textures and visual effects, while the entire configuration will help to optimise print value while minimising operational costs.
