Vianord’s new Evo 5 Fusion E concept
Vianord Engineering and Esko have worked together to offer an automatic flexo plate production line that combines the Vianord Easy to Plate concept and Esko Crystal platemaking systems.
Together with Esko, Vianord personalised a “Smart-Bridge” link that connects the fully automated EVO 5 platemaking system to the CDI Crystal 5080 XPS. This configuration has been named EVO 5 Fusion E.
The Smart-Bridge is a compact robotic system that can be tailored to fit any standalone imager or combined imager coupled with a proprietary LED exposure. The new concept complements the automated EVO lines, taking more manual steps out of the process.
