A Vetaphone corona treater fitted to New Era technology
American manufacturer of processing equipment, New Era Converting of Paterson NJ, has integrated Vetaphone corona technology into the company’s bespoke range of coating and laminating lines.
The company has a 48,000sqft facility in New Jersey and sells to a range of blue-chip customers around the world. Each machine is purpose built for specific products that include the converting of paper, film, foil, fabric, foam, plastic, and flexible glass products.
President Bob Pasquale stated, ‘Our business is very specialised, with customers placing high emphasis on quality and reliability, while at the same time looking for turnkey solutions. In these circumstances it is vital that the integrity of our sub suppliers’ technology matches that of our own products.’
Prior to working with Vetaphone the processing equipment manufacturer oversaw a customer installing a 140″ line in Canada. Since then, a second Vetaphone system has been specified: a 60″ system in the US.
